10/03/21 La Reine Noir foaled a filly by Lawman at Schlossgut Itlingen

LA REINE NOIR (Rainbow Quest-LA FELICITA) fulfilled the dream result for her breeders GRAF UND GRÄFIN STAUFFENBERG foaling a filly by LAWMAN at 21:05 this evening at SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN. The mating is a perfect match as LAWMAN has produced 4 of his 20 Groupwinners with mares by RAINBOW QUEST including the champion JUST THE JUDGE.

Being a sister to Gr.1 winner LADY MARIAN and Gr.3 winner LUCIDOR from a deep family of superior racehorses and broodmares and by RAINBOW QUEST, a leading broodmare sire LA REINE NOIR has been quite unlucky so far not to produce more than two winners. Her first by NAYEF fractured her tibia in a race after having been placed several times. Her third, an own sister to this years filly, injured herself in a horse walker as a 2yo in pretraining and was thus unable to show her potential. Her sixth  by LORD OF ENGLAND suffered a career ending tendon injury after being placed in a Maiden at 3 years  last year. 

LA REINE NOIR has a 2yo filly by IFFRAAJ and a yearling colt by LORD OF ENGLAND and is not yet been decided which stallion she will visit this year.
