25/09/20 Al Galayel wins the JRA Cup, Gr.3 in convincing style

AL GALAYEL was purchased as a foal by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK at the Tattersalls December Foal Sales, raised and prepped at SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN to be resold as a yearling at the Tattersalls October Yearling Sales to Charlie Gordon-Watson on behalf of Al Shaqab Racing. He won in their colours twice at 3 years in England before being sold privately by Blandford Bloodstock to Australia. Running now in the colours of Mr Johnstoner and partners, he is trained by Ciaran Maher & D Eustace. he was ridden by Ben Malham and this was the 9th race he has won.
