23/09/20 2yo Thunder Sun wins at Kempton

The 2yo THUNDER SUN by SIYOUNI became the next winner pinhooked by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK and raised and prepped at SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN. Racing in the colours of Saeed Suhail, he is trained by Sir Michael Stoute and was ridden by Ryan Moore when winning on his second start at Kempton Park.

THUNDER SUN was purchased by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK as a foal at the Arqana December Sales for €180.000 and sold as a yearling for GNS450.000 in Book I of the Tattersalls October Sales. He is a brother of the Gr.1 winner DANCETERIA out of a Gr.3 winning sister to multiple Gr.1 winner and successful sire LOPE DE VEGA.
