20/04/17 Fil Rouge storms home by nearly 8 length on his first start of the season

4yo FIL ROUGE (Lord of England - FIREDANCE) dominated the field at Ovrevoll on his first start of the year winning by by nearly 8 length. Bred by Graf und Grafin Stauffenberg at their SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN FIL ROUGE was sold at the BBAG Yearling Sale to Roer Hoel, for whom he won at 2, 3 and now at 4 years.

FIREDANCE has a 3yo filly by JUKEBOX JURY in training for her breeders - named FRANGIPANI she won at her debut at 2 years in 2016. She has a 2yo colt by MAXIOS in training with Roger Varian. He is named FAADHEL and was sold by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK at the Tattersalls October Yearling Sales to Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid al Maktoum.
