FEARLESS HUNTER (Alhaarth-Firedance) improved considerably again when taking in the Marit Sveaas Minnelop, Gr.3 on Derby-Day at Ovrevoll. It was a special moment for his breeders Graf und Grafin Stauffenberg, as they have two daughters out of their foundation mare FRAULEIN TOBIN as now both have produced a Groupwinner - the other being FOUR SINS out of FOUR ROSES.

FEARLESS HUNTER was born and raised at SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN and then sold through STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK at the BBAG Yearling Sale for just €24.000 to Stall RH, for whom Rune Haugen trains the colt at Ovrevoll and Carlos Lopez was in the saddle.

FEARLESS HUNTER became the second Groupwinner sold by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK within the last 8 days, as LUCKY SPEED had won the American St Leger, Gr.3 at Arlington Park, his second classic race after he had won the German Derby, Gr.1 at 3 years.
