10/06/14 quite a good day at Täby

There were 3 runners sold by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK at the BBAG Yearling Sale on Guineas day, one of the main race meetings at Täby in Sweden. First it was AMIE NOIRE (Soldier of Fortune-Autriche) in the Dianalöpning - the Swedish 1000 Guineas. After a troubled race she finished a flying 3rd at a distance a little bit on the short side for her. Bred by Gestüt Zoppenbroich, the sister to Gr.2 winner ASKAR TAU was prepped and sold by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK at the BBAG Yearling Sale 2012. AMIE NOIRE was purchased by Peteer Doyle on behalf of Stall Eos and she is trained by Wido Neuroth in Norway. AUTRICHE has a yearling filly by SHOLOKHOV at SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN, which will be offered this autumn.

Next runner was FEARLESS HUNTER (Alhaarth-FIREDANCE) in the main race, the Stora Pris, Gr.3. He finished 4th and became the first offfspring of FIREDANCE to be group placed - all her runners are winners. FEARLESS HUNTER was sold at the BBAG Yearling Sales 2011 to Rune Haugen, who trains him in Norway for Stall RH. Bred by Graf und Grafin Stauffenberg, FEARLESS HUNTER has a yearling brother by LORD OF ENGLAND named FIL ROUGE, which will be sold this year as well.

Last of the runners was KÖNIGSKRONE (Shirocco-Königstochter) in a Maiden which she won. KÖNIGSKRONE is bred by Gestüt Zoppenbroich as well and was prepped and sold by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK at the BBAG Yearling Sale 2012. Purchased by Peter Doyle on behalf of Stall Perlen, she is trained by Wido Neuroth.
