The right present for her breeders at their 16th wedding anniversary was provided by 2yo filly GOLD AND WHITE (Bahamian-Bounty-Genevra), who won the Trophee des 2Ans BBAG Auktionsrennen at Avenches in Switzerland at the second time of asking. Bred by Graf und Grafin Stauffenberg GOLD AND WHITE was sold via STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK at the BBAG Yearling Sales 2011. Purchased by Barry Irwin on behalf of Team Valor, the filly was put into training with Peter Schiergen - it is the first horse in training with him bred by the Stauffenberg's. However quite early he recognized the talent of the filly and declared to the press, that GOLD AND WHITE is the best of his 2yo fillies.

He could be dead right as the way, the filly won, showed there is more to come and she might head now to Baden-Baden for even more value in the sales race there. So hopefully GOLD AND WHITE will advertise her well again in the week, when STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK will consign 12 yearlings at this years BBAG Yearling Sales across the road.

A good advertise for her sister ARRECIFE (by Shirocco) offered as Lot 84 at the BBAG Yearling Sales by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK is AYLA (Sholokhov-Albula). Bred by Lore Zieger-Dickerhoff, AYLA won her second race in a row in Italy. She was sold by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK on behalf of her breeder at the BBAG  in 2009.
