19/10/24 3yo Flora of Bermuda 3rd in British Champions Sprint Stakes, Gr.1

pinhooked by Stauffenberg Bloodstock, raised at Schlossgut Itlingen and sold at the Arqana August Select Yearling Sales

The 3yo filly FLORA OF BERMUDA by DARK ANGEL showed her usual fighting spirit to finish beaten a head and a neck in the Qipco British Champions Sprint Stakes, Gr.1 at Ascot for Bermuda Racing, trainer Andrew Balding and ridden by Oisin Murphy.
FLORA OF BERMUDA is another PINHOOK by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK. She was commercially not a succesful one, as she was bought for €60.000 at the Goffs November Foal Sales and resold for €52.500 at the Arqana August Select Yearling Sales, but she has shown her racing qualities once again. A quite small filly, she has the heart of a lion and now amassed more then €260.000.
FLORA OF BERMUDA is beside LADY MARY, ROMANTIC STYLE and SOPRANO already the fourth Gr.1 filly from the 2021 crop, which was raised at SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN
