09/10/18 2yo Catan won again and this time by 7 length ...

The 2yo CATAN (Oasis Dream-CAPICHERA) wins at Brighton in quite impressive style, scoring by 7 length. The 2yo colt is owned by Kingwood Stud Management, trained by Roger Charlton and was ridden by Adam McNamara. 

CATAN was bred by Graf and Grafin Stauffenberg at their SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN and sold at the Tattersalls December Foal Sales through Norris Bloodstock. He is the first foal out of CAPICHERA, who herself is the last foal of the German Oaks winner CENTAINE. 

The second foal out of CAPICHERA is the yearling filly CASSANDRA by DANSILI which is due to be sold as Lot 989 in Book II of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sales by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK. CAPICHERA has a filly foal by GLENEAGLES, which is already named COUPE DE CHAMPAGNE
