01/04/14 3yo Capichera first runner in own colours in 2014

The 3yo filly CAPICHERA (Shirocco-Centaine) became the first starter in the colours of Graf und Grafin Stauffenberg in 2014 and the first one in theses colours under the care of Andreas Woehler. As we all are not quite sure about the distance, she started of over 1.750m and finished well behind two fillies, which are fancied for the German Oaks, despite running a little bit green and lacking final race condition. CAPICHERA is born on the 19th of May, so not even a 3yo at this time.

However her 10yo brother CALRISSIAN by Efisio, a Gr.3 winner in his younger days finished 3rd on the same day at Marseille in a Handicap.
