14/09 CALRISSIAN now a Gr.3 winner

he is the next Patternwinner bred by the Stauffenbergs

CALRISSIAN (Efisio-CENTAINE) became the second Group winner in 2008 bred by Graf und Grafin Stauffenberg when he won the Taeby Open Sprint Championship, Gr.3. Trained by Lars Kelp and ridden by Manuel Martinez the gelding won in the colours of Provence Hotels Holding quite easy with 1 1/2 length. He thus became the 3rd Stakeswinner from the 2004 crop bred and raised at Schlossgut Itlingen. The others are the Epsom Oaks, Gr.1 placed FOUR SINS, who won the Blandford Stakes, Gr.2 for the Aga Khan, bred by Graf und Grafin Stauffenberg as well and the Capricorn Stud homebred ADAMANTINOS, who won two Stakes at 2 years and was Gr.3 placed as well.
CALRISSIAN and FOUR SINS have both been sold at public sales and CALRISSIAN became the 2nd Group winnerafter LADY MARIAN in 2008 sold by Graf und Grafin Stauffenberg at the BBAG yearling sale.
